Send one clear set of feedback. We make the agreed revisions for your review.
After final approval and payment, we complete launch checks and the agreed handover.
The proposal confirms the milestones and deliverables for your project.

These are estimates for projects with content ready and timely reviews. Your proposal confirms the schedule and when it begins; added scope or delayed materials can change it.
Before launch, we confirm the agreed pages and features, test the key journeys, and explain your access and editing arrangements.
Reproducible defects in the agreed work are covered for 30 days after launch or handover. Hosting is a separate decision; you can manage it yourself or ask us to manage it.
Due after we agree on the project scope and sign the agreement, before work starts.
Due when the website is complete and approved, before production launch or final handover.
The split applies to your approved project total. Your agreement confirms the final price, schedule, deliverables, review allowances, and ownership terms.
Website creation and hosting are separate decisions. These two choices apply to custom websites; Shopify stores use the client’s Shopify subscription.
Host on your own Vercel account or another compatible provider. We provide the agreed website handover package; you own and manage the hosting account and pay any provider charges directly.
Initial deployment or migration help follows your project scope. Ongoing maintenance is separate.
Casa Growth hosts and manages your site, including deployments and the hosting responsibilities defined in your care plan. You do not need to manage Vercel yourself.
Content changes, additional maintenance, and support follow the plan terms. You can request a transfer to your own hosting later under agreed migration terms.
Either custom-site option may use Vercel. The difference is who owns, pays for, and manages the hosting account. Website ownership is separate and follows your client agreement.
Shopify stores are hosted through a Shopify subscription paid by the client. Shopify themes, apps, and any ongoing store care are separate when applicable. The $49/month custom-site plan does not replace Shopify’s platform charges.
Database, authentication, and other backend services may have separate accounts, costs, access, and transfer steps. We define those arrangements in your project agreement.
To start a conversation, tell us about your business, your goal, and any ideal timing. Before the build, we confirm the pages, text, images, brand materials, integrations, access, and person who will approve the work. We’ll identify anything missing in the project plan.
Your proposal identifies the review points. Launch includes 2 rounds; Business includes 2 rounds; Growth revisions are defined by proposal. A round is one consolidated set of changes within the agreed scope. New pages, features, or a change of direction are estimated and approved separately.
After final payment, we transfer the agreed site code and assets, documentation, and client-controlled accounts. Your project agreement specifies the handover package, hosting responsibilities, third-party license limits, and any agreed exclusions.
You pay for documented work completed and authorized nonrecoverable expenses. Any unearned prepaid balance is refunded. The project agreement explains how cancellation is requested and how the final balance is calculated.
For 30 days after launch or handover, we address reproducible defects in the agreed deliverables. New features and issues caused by client or third-party changes are separate. Your agreement explains how to report a defect and what is covered; optional ongoing care follows its own terms.
