Project terms
These are the starting policies for Casa Growth website projects. Your signed development agreement and project scope confirm the exact price, deliverables, schedule, responsibilities, and terms for your project.
Payment
No payment is required to inquire. A 25% deposit is due after we agree on the scope and sign the agreement, before work begins. The remaining 75% is due when the website is complete and approved, before production launch or final handover. Both amounts are based on the approved project total.
Reviews and revisions
Launch, Business, Starter Store, and Growing Store projects include two consolidated revision rounds within the agreed scope. Revisions for custom quoted projects are defined in the proposal. One round is one collected set of changes. Additional pages, features, or work outside the agreed scope require a written quote and approval.
Cancellation and refunds
If a project is canceled, Casa Growth charges for documented work completed and authorized nonrecoverable expenses. Any unearned prepaid balance is refunded. The agreement sets out how cancellation is requested and the balance is calculated.
Defects after delivery
For 30 days after launch or handover, Casa Growth addresses reproducible defects in the agreed deliverables. New features and problems caused by client or third-party changes are outside this defect period. Optional ongoing care follows its own agreed plan.
Handover and ownership
After final payment, Casa Growth transfers the agreed site code and assets, documentation, and client-controlled accounts, subject to third-party licensing and exclusions stated in the agreement. Website ownership is separate from hosting account ownership and follows the signed agreement.
Hosting choices
Hosting is a separate decision from website creation. For a custom website, you can use your own Vercel account or another compatible provider and pay that provider directly. Alternatively, you can choose optional Casa Growth managed hosting and care at $49/month. Both options may use Vercel; the difference is who owns, pays for, and manages the hosting account.
Initial deployment assistance, managed hosting responsibilities, ongoing care, and any later transfer to your own hosting follow the signed scope or hosting plan. Managed hosting is optional and does not change website ownership.
Shopify stores use a client-paid Shopify subscription. Shopify plan charges, paid apps or themes, and ongoing store services are separate from the website project price unless your scope says otherwise. If a project uses Supabase or another backend service, its account, charges, and handover arrangements are defined separately. Compare the hosting options.
